45 Then the sun was [a]darkened, and (A)the veil of the temple was torn in [b]two. 46 And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, “Father, (B)‘into Your hands I commit My spirit.’ ” (C)Having said this, He breathed His last.
47 (D)So when the centurion saw what had happened, he glorified God, saying, “Certainly this was a righteous Man!”

45 for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple(A) was torn in two.(B) 46 Jesus called out with a loud voice,(C) “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.”[a](D) When he had said this, he breathed his last.(E)
47 The centurion, seeing what had happened, praised God(F) and said, “Surely this was a righteous man.”
