Luke 23:45-47

45 because the sun’s light failed.[a] The curtain(A) of the sanctuary was split down the middle. 46 And Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Father, into your hands I entrust my spirit.”[b](B) Saying this, he breathed his last.
47 When the centurion saw what happened, he began to glorify(C) God, saying, “This man really was righteous!” [c]

New International Version
45 for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple(A) was torn in two.(B) 46 Jesus called out with a loud voice,(C) “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.”[a](D) When he had said this, he breathed his last.(E)
47 The centurion, seeing what had happened, praised God(F) and said, “Surely this was a righteous man.”
