Jesus Faces the Sanhedrin

⁶⁶ When daylight came,^(A) the elders^[a] of the people, both the chief priests and the scribes,^(B) convened and brought him before their Sanhedrin.^(C)

²⁶ “Brothers and sisters, children of Abraham’s race, and those among you who fear God, it is to us that the word of this salvation has been sent.^(A)

¹⁴ Don’t neglect the gift that is in you; it was given to you through prophecy,^(A) with the laying on of hands^(B) by the council of elders.
