3 (A)Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the (B)twelve. 4 So he went his way and conferred with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray Him to them. 5 And they were glad, and (C)agreed to give him money. 6 So he promised and sought opportunity to (D)betray Him to them in the absence of the multitude.

3 Then Satan(A) entered Judas, called Iscariot,(B) one of the Twelve. 4 And Judas went to the chief priests and the officers of the temple guard(C) and discussed with them how he might betray Jesus. 5 They were delighted and agreed to give him money.(D) 6 He consented, and watched for an opportunity to hand Jesus over to them when no crowd was present.
