²³ There will be those who will say to you, ‘Look, there he is,’ [or] ‘Look, here he is.’ Do not go off, do not run in pursuit.^(A)

⁵ Jesus began to say to them, “See that no one deceives you.^(A)

⁶ Many will come in my name saying, ‘I am he,’ and they will deceive many.

²¹ If anyone says to you then, ‘Look, here is the Messiah! Look, there he is!’ do not believe it.

Antichrists. ¹⁸ Children, it is the last hour;^[a] and just as you heard that the antichrist was coming, so now many antichrists have appeared. Thus we know this is the last hour.^(A)
