¹⁹ “You are not to approach^(A) a woman during her menstrual impurity to have sexual intercourse with her.^(B)

¹⁸ If a man sleeps with a menstruating woman and has sexual intercourse with her, he has exposed the source of her flow, and she has uncovered the source of her blood.^(A) Both of them are to be cut off from their people.

⁶ He does not eat at the mountain shrines^[a](A) or look to the idols of the house of Israel. He does not defile his neighbor’s wife^(B) or approach a woman during her menstrual impurity.^(C)
