⁴⁴ For I am the Lord your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

² Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them, Ye shall be holy: for I the Lord your God am holy.

⁷ Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the Lord your God.

²⁶ And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.

⁸ Thou shalt sanctify him therefore; for he offereth the bread of thy God: he shall be holy unto thee: for I the Lord, which sanctify you, am holy.

⁶ And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

¹⁶ Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

⁷ For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
