6 Moses told them, “When you have followed the Lord’s instructions, his glory will appear to you.”
7 Moses then told Aaron to proceed to the altar and to offer the sin offering and the burnt offering, making atonement for himself first, and then for the people, as the Lord had commanded. 8 So Aaron went up to the altar and killed the calf as a sacrifice for his own sin;

6 Then Moses said, “This is what the Lord has commanded you to do, so that the glory of the Lord(A) may appear to you.”
7 Moses said to Aaron, “Come to the altar and sacrifice your sin offering and your burnt offering and make atonement for yourself and the people;(B) sacrifice the offering that is for the people and make atonement for them, as the Lord has commanded.(C)”
8 So Aaron came to the altar and slaughtered the calf as a sin offering(D) for himself.
