Leviticus 8:7-9

7 And he put upon him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and he girded him with the skilfully woven band of the ephod, and bound it unto him therewith. 8 And he placed the breastplate upon him: and in the breastplate he put [a]the Urim and the Thummim. 9 And he set the [b]mitre upon his head; and upon the [c]mitre, in front, did he set the golden plate, the holy crown; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

New International Version
7 He put the tunic on Aaron, tied the sash around him, clothed him with the robe and put the ephod on him. He also fastened the ephod with a decorative waistband, which he tied around him.(A) 8 He placed the breastpiece(B) on him and put the Urim and Thummim(C) in the breastpiece. 9 Then he placed the turban(D) on Aaron’s head and set the gold plate, the sacred emblem,(E) on the front of it, as the Lord commanded Moses.(F)
