12 And the fire on the altar shall be kept burning on it; it shall not be put out. And the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order on it; and he shall burn on it (A)the fat of the peace offerings. 13 A fire shall always be burning on the (B)altar; it shall never go out.

14 ‘This is the law of the grain offering: The sons of Aaron shall offer it on the altar before the Lord.

12 The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest is to add firewood(A) and arrange the burnt offering on the fire and burn the fat(B) of the fellowship offerings(C) on it. 13 The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.

14 “‘These are the regulations for the grain offering:(D) Aaron’s sons are to bring it before the Lord, in front of the altar.
