11 Then he shall put off his garments, and put on other garments, and carry forth the ashes outside the camp to a clean place. 12 The fire on the altar shall be kept burning on it, it shall not go out; the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and he shall lay the burnt offering in order upon it, and shall burn on it the fat of the peace offerings. 13 Fire shall be kept burning upon the altar continually; it shall not go out.

11 Then he is to take off these clothes and put on others, and carry the ashes outside the camp to a place that is ceremonially clean.(A) 12 The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest is to add firewood(B) and arrange the burnt offering on the fire and burn the fat(C) of the fellowship offerings(D) on it. 13 The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.
