11 Then he will change his clothes and carry the ashes to a clean place away from the tents. 12 The fire should be kept burning on the altar. It should not go out. The religious leader should burn wood on it every morning. He will lay the burnt gifts on it, and burn the fat parts of the peace gifts on it. 13 Fire should always be kept burning on the altar. It is not to go out.

11 Then he is to take off these clothes and put on others, and carry the ashes outside the camp to a place that is ceremonially clean.(A) 12 The fire on the altar must be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest is to add firewood(B) and arrange the burnt offering on the fire and burn the fat(C) of the fellowship offerings(D) on it. 13 The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.
