Leviticus 5:5-7

5 When someone is guilty in any of those ways, they must admit they have sinned. 6 They must bring a sin offering to pay for the sin they have committed. They must bring to the Lord a female lamb or goat from the flock. The priest will sacrifice the animal. That will pay for the person’s sin.
7 “ ‘Suppose they can’t afford a lamb. Then they must get two doves or two young pigeons. They must bring them to the Lord to pay for their sin. One of them is for a sin offering. The other is for a burnt offering.

New International Version
5 when anyone becomes aware that they are guilty in any of these matters, they must confess(A) in what way they have sinned. 6 As a penalty for the sin they have committed, they must bring to the Lord a female lamb or goat(B) from the flock as a sin offering[a];(C) and the priest shall make atonement(D) for them for their sin.
7 “‘Anyone who cannot afford(E) a lamb(F) is to bring two doves or two young pigeons(G) to the Lord as a penalty for their sin—one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
