15 And the [a]Elders of the Congregation shall put their hands upon the head of the bullock before the Lord, and [b]he shall kill the bullock before the Lord.
16 Then the Priest that is anointed, shall bring of the bullock’s blood into the Tabernacle of the Congregation,
17 And the Priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, even before the veil.

15 The elders(A) of the community are to lay their hands(B) on the bull’s head(C) before the Lord, and the bull shall be slaughtered before the Lord.(D) 16 Then the anointed priest is to take some of the bull’s blood(E) into the tent of meeting. 17 He shall dip his finger into the blood and sprinkle(F) it before the Lord(G) seven times in front of the curtain.
