12 [a]that is, all the rest of the bull, he shall bring out to (A)a clean place outside the camp where the [b]ashes are poured out, and he shall burn it on wood with fire; where the [c]ashes are poured out it shall be burned.

13 (B)Now if the whole congregation of Israel commits error, and the matter is hidden from the sight of the assembly, and they commit any of the [d]things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and they become guilty; 14 (C)when the sin [e]which they have [f]committed becomes known, then the assembly shall bring near (D)a bull from the herd for a sin offering and bring it before the tent of meeting.

13 “‘If the whole Israelite community sins unintentionally(F) and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though the community is unaware of the matter, when they realize their guilt 14 and the sin they committed becomes known, the assembly must bring a young bull(G) as a sin offering(H) and present it before the tent of meeting.
