Leviticus 3:2-4

2 The one offering it shall lay a hand on the head(A) of the offering. It shall then be slaughtered at the entrance of the tent of meeting. Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall splash its blood on all the sides of the altar. 3 (B)From the communion sacrifice the individual shall offer as an oblation to the Lord the fat[a] that covers the inner organs, and all the fat that adheres to them, 4 as well as the two kidneys, with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which is removed with the kidneys.

New International Version
2 You are to lay your hand on the head(A) of your offering and slaughter it(B) at the entrance to the tent of meeting.(C) Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall splash(D) the blood against the sides(E) of the altar.(F) 3 From the fellowship offering you are to bring a food offering to the Lord: the internal organs(G) and all the fat(H) that is connected to them, 4 both kidneys(I) with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which you will remove with the kidneys.

2 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron's sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.
3 And he shall offer of the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire unto the Lord; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,
4 And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.
