Leviticus 27:8-10

8 But if he be poorer [a]than thou hast esteemed him, then shall he present himself before the Priest, and the Priest shall value him, according to the ability of him that vowed, so shall the Priest value him.
9 And if it be a [b]beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the Lord, all that one giveth of such unto the Lord, shall be holy.
10 He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a bad, nor a bad for a good: and if he change beast for beast, then both this and that, which was changed for it, shall be [c]holy.

New International Version
8 If anyone making the vow is too poor to pay(A) the specified amount, the person being dedicated is to be presented to the priest, who will set the value(B) according to what the one making the vow can afford.
9 “‘If what they vowed is an animal that is acceptable as an offering to the Lord,(C) such an animal given to the Lord becomes holy.(D) 10 They must not exchange it or substitute a good one for a bad one, or a bad one for a good one;(E) if they should substitute one animal for another, both it and the substitute become holy.
