Leviticus 27:8-10
Christian Standard Bible
8 But if one is too poor to pay the assessment, he is to present the person before the priest and the priest will set a value for him. The priest will set a value for him according to what the one making the vow can afford.
9 “If the vow involves one of the animals that may be brought as an offering to the Lord, any of these he gives to the Lord will be holy. 10 He may not replace it or make a substitution for it, either good for bad, or bad for good.(A) But if he does substitute one animal for another, both that animal and its substitute will be holy.

New International Version
8 If anyone making the vow is too poor to pay(A) the specified amount, the person being dedicated is to be presented to the priest, who will set the value(B) according to what the one making the vow can afford.
9 “‘If what they vowed is an animal that is acceptable as an offering to the Lord,(C) such an animal given to the Lord becomes holy.(D) 10 They must not exchange it or substitute a good one for a bad one, or a bad one for a good one;(E) if they should substitute one animal for another, both it and the substitute become holy.
