Leviticus 26:42-44

42 If they do, I will remember my agreement with Jacob. I will remember my agreement with Isaac and Abraham. And I will remember the land. 43 The land will be empty. It will enjoy its time of rest. Then those who are left alive will accept the punishment for their sins. They will learn that they were punished because they hated my laws. And they refused to obey my rules. 44 They truly sinned. But if they come to me for help, I will not turn away from them. I will listen to them even in the land of their enemies. I will not completely destroy them. I will not break my agreement with them. This is because I am the Lord their God.

New International Version
42 I will remember my covenant with Jacob(A) and my covenant with Isaac(B) and my covenant with Abraham,(C) and I will remember the land. 43 For the land will be deserted(D) by them and will enjoy its sabbaths while it lies desolate without them. They will pay for their sins because they rejected(E) my laws and abhorred my decrees.(F) 44 Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies,(G) I will not reject them or abhor(H) them so as to destroy them completely,(I) breaking my covenant(J) with them. I am the Lord their God.
