5 Your harvest’s [a]aftergrowth you shall not reap, and your grapes of untrimmed vines you shall not gather; the land shall have a sabbatical year. 6 (A)All of you shall have the sabbath products of the land for food; yourself, and your male and female slaves, and your hired man and your foreign resident, those who live as aliens with you. 7 Even your cattle and the animals that are in your land shall have all its crops to eat.

5 Do not reap what grows of itself(A) or harvest the grapes(B) of your untended vines.(C) The land is to have a year of rest. 6 Whatever the land yields during the sabbath year(D) will be food for you—for yourself, your male and female servants, and the hired worker and temporary resident who live among you, 7 as well as for your livestock and the wild animals(E) in your land. Whatever the land produces may be eaten.
