Leviticus 25:24-26

24 So every plot of ground you possess carries a “right of redemption.”
25 If your fellow citizen becomes so impoverished that he has no choice but to sell off a portion of his land, then his nearest family relation is to buy back the portion sold for him. 26 If a man doesn’t have any relatives but finds a way to earn the money to redeem his land himself,

24 Throughout the land that you hold as a possession, you must provide for the redemption(A) of the land.
25 “‘If one of your fellow Israelites becomes poor and sells some of their property, their nearest relative(B) is to come and redeem(C) what they have sold. 26 If, however, there is no one to redeem it for them but later on they prosper(D) and acquire sufficient means to redeem it themselves,
