Leviticus 25:23-25

23 But the land must not be sold without a right to recover it, for the land really belongs to me. You are actually resident aliens under my authority. 24 Therefore, throughout all the land that you possess, you shall grant the right of redemption for the land. 25 When your brother Israelite becomes so impoverished that he has to sell some of the land that he holds, his closest relative shall come and redeem what his brother has sold.

23 “‘The land(A) must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine(B) and you reside in my land as foreigners(C) and strangers. 24 Throughout the land that you hold as a possession, you must provide for the redemption(D) of the land.
25 “‘If one of your fellow Israelites becomes poor and sells some of their property, their nearest relative(E) is to come and redeem(F) what they have sold.
