6 Put them in two rows on the golden table before the Lord. Six loaves will be in each row. 7 Put pure frankincense on each row. This will help the Lord remember the gift. 8 Every Sabbath day Aaron will put the bread in order before the Lord. This must be done forever. This agreement with the Israelites will continue forever.

6 Arrange them in two stacks, six in each stack, on the table of pure gold(A) before the Lord. 7 By each stack put some pure incense(B) as a memorial[a] portion(C) to represent the bread and to be a food offering presented to the Lord. 8 This bread is to be set out before the Lord regularly,(D) Sabbath after Sabbath,(E) on behalf of the Israelites, as a lasting covenant.
