15 And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God, shall [a]bear his sin.
16 And he that blasphemeth the Name of the Lord, shall be put to death: all the Congregation shall stone him to death: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land: when he blasphemeth the Name of the Lord, let him be slain.
17 ¶ (A)He also that [b]killeth any man, he shall be put to death.

15 Say to the Israelites: ‘Anyone who curses their God(A) will be held responsible;(B) 16 anyone who blasphemes(C) the name of the Lord is to be put to death.(D) The entire assembly must stone them. Whether foreigner or native-born, when they blaspheme the Name they are to be put to death.
17 “‘Anyone who takes the life of a human being is to be put to death.(E)
