Leviticus 23:35-37
Living Bible
35 On the first day there will be a sacred assembly of all the people; don’t do any hard work that day. 36 On each of the seven days of the festival you are to sacrifice an offering by fire to the Lord. The eighth day requires another sacred convocation of all the people, at which time there will again be an offering by fire to the Lord. It is the closing assembly, and no regular work is permitted.
37 “(These, then, are the regular annual festivals—sacred convocations of all people—when offerings to the Lord are to be made by fire.

New International Version
35 The first day is a sacred assembly;(A) do no regular work.(B) 36 For seven days present food offerings to the Lord, and on the eighth day hold a sacred assembly(C) and present a food offering to the Lord.(D) It is the closing special assembly; do no regular work.
37 (“‘These are the Lord’s appointed festivals, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies for bringing food offerings to the Lord—the burnt offerings and grain offerings, sacrifices and drink offerings(E) required for each day.
