Leviticus 22:3-5

3 “Say to them, ‘Throughout your generations, any man from any of your offspring who comes near the votive offerings that the Israelites[a] consecrate to Yahweh with[b] his uncleanness on him, that person shall be cut off[c] from before me;[d] I am Yahweh.

4 “‘Anyone[e] from Aaron’s offspring, if[f] he is afflicted with a skin disease or a fluid discharge, shall not eat in the sanctuary until[g] he is clean; and the one who touches any unclean person or a man from whom an emission of semen goes out, 5 or a man who touches any swarmer that is unclean for him or who touches a person who is unclean for him due to[h] whatever his uncleanness,

3 “Say to them: ‘For the generations to come, if any of your descendants is ceremonially unclean and yet comes near the sacred offerings that the Israelites consecrate to the Lord,(A) that person must be cut off from my presence.(B) I am the Lord.

4 “‘If a descendant of Aaron has a defiling skin disease[a] or a bodily discharge,(C) he may not eat the sacred offerings until he is cleansed. He will also be unclean if he touches something defiled by a corpse(D) or by anyone who has an emission of semen, 5 or if he touches any crawling thing(E) that makes him unclean, or any person(F) who makes him unclean, whatever the uncleanness may be.
