3 and especially an unmarried virgin sister who is still close to you. 4 As the head of your people, you should never become unclean. That would make you unholy.
5 “You should never mourn by shaving bald spots on your heads, shaving the edges of your beards, or slashing your bodies.

New International Version
3 or an unmarried sister who is dependent on him since she has no husband—for her he may make himself unclean.(A) 4 He must not make himself unclean for people related to him by marriage,[a] and so defile himself.
5 “‘Priests must not shave(B) their heads or shave off the edges of their beards(C) or cut their bodies.(D)
