It may be ·loaves made without yeast [unleavened cakes] and mixed with oil, or it may be ·wafers made without yeast [unleavened wafers] that have oil ·poured [spread] over them.

“‘If you bring a grain offering baked in an oven,(H) it is to consist of the finest flour: either thick loaves made without yeast and with olive oil mixed in or thin loaves(I) made without yeast and brushed with olive oil.(J)
