9 but does not bring it to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting to sacrifice it to Adonai, is to be cut off from his people.
10 “Anyone from the house of Israel, or from the outsiders dwelling among them, who eats any kind of blood, I will set my face against that soul—the one who eats blood—and will cut him off from among his people. 11 For the life of the creature is in the blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your lives—for it is the blood that makes atonement because of the life.

9 and does not bring it to the entrance to the tent(A) of meeting(B) to sacrifice it to the Lord(C) must be cut off from the people of Israel.
10 “‘I will set my face against any Israelite or any foreigner residing among them who eats blood,(D) and I will cut them off from the people. 11 For the life of a creature is in the blood,(E) and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.[a](F)

9 And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer it unto the Lord; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.
10 And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
