Leviticus 17:9-11

9 without bringing it to the meeting tent’s entrance in order to offer it to the Lord will be cut off from their people.
Consuming blood forbidden
10 I will oppose the person who consumes blood—whether they are from Israel’s house or from the immigrants who live with you—and I will cut them off from their people. 11 A creature’s life is in the blood. I have provided you the blood to make reconciliation for your lives on the altar, because the blood reconciles by means of the life.[a]

Leviticus 17:9-11

9 and does not bring it to the entrance to the tent(A) of meeting(B) to sacrifice it to the Lord(C) must be cut off from the people of Israel.
10 “‘I will set my face against any Israelite or any foreigner residing among them who eats blood,(D) and I will cut them off from the people. 11 For the life of a creature is in the blood,(E) and I have given it to you to make atonement for yourselves on the altar; it is the blood that makes atonement for one’s life.[a](F)

9 And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer it unto the Lord; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.
10 And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
