³² These are the regulations for a man with a discharge, for anyone made unclean by an emission of semen,^(A)

²⁰ “‘If a man sleeps with a female slave who is promised to another man^(A) but who has not been ransomed or given her freedom, there must be due punishment.^[a] Yet they are not to be put to death, because she had not been freed.

⁴ “‘If a descendant of Aaron has a defiling skin disease^[a] or a bodily discharge,^(A) he may not eat the sacred offerings until he is cleansed. He will also be unclean if he touches something defiled by a corpse^(B) or by anyone who has an emission of semen,

¹³ so that another man has sexual relations with her,^(A) and this is hidden from her husband and her impurity is undetected (since there is no witness against her and she has not been caught in the act),
