^4 (A)And he shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, that it may be accepted for him to make ^(B)atonement on his behalf.

⁴ Then he shall bring the bull to the doorway of the tent of meeting before Yahweh, and ^(A)he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull and slaughter the bull before Yahweh.

²⁴ Then he shall lay his hand on the head of the male goat and slaughter it in the place where ^[a]they slaughter the burnt offering before Yahweh; it is a sin offering.
