Leviticus 14:18-20
New English Translation
18 and the remainder of the olive oil[a] that is in his hand the priest is to put on the head of the one being cleansed. So the priest is to make atonement for him before the Lord.
19 “The priest must then perform the sin offering[b] and make atonement for the one being cleansed from his impurity. After that he[c] is to slaughter the burnt offering, 20 and the priest is to offer[d] the burnt offering and the grain offering on the altar. So the priest is to make atonement for him and he will be clean.

New International Version
18 The rest of the oil in his palm the priest shall put on the head of the one to be cleansed(A) and make atonement for them before the Lord.
19 “Then the priest is to sacrifice the sin offering and make atonement for the one to be cleansed from their uncleanness.(B) After that, the priest shall slaughter the burnt offering 20 and offer it on the altar, together with the grain offering, and make atonement for them,(C) and they will be clean.(D)
