21 “People have heard my groaning,(A)
    but there is no one to comfort me.(B)
All my enemies have heard of my distress;
    they rejoice(C) at what you have done.
May you bring the day(D) you have announced
    so they may become like me.

nor rejoice(C) over the people of Judah

13 You should not march through the gates of my people

nor gloat over them in their calamity(G)

nor seize their wealth

14 You should not wait at the crossroads
    to cut down their fugitives,(H)
nor hand over their survivors
    in the day of their trouble.

15 “The day of the Lord is near(I)
    for all nations.
As you have done, it will be done to you;
