32 Gideon, the son of Joash, lived to a good old age, and he was buried in the tomb of his father Joash in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.
33 As soon as Gideon died, the Israelites turned again and prostituted themselves after the Baals. They set up Baal-berith[a] as their god 34 and the Israelites forgot that the Lord, their God, had delivered them out of the hands of their enemies who surrounded them.

New International Version
32 Gideon son of Joash died at a good old age(A) and was buried in the tomb of his father Joash in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.
33 No sooner had Gideon died than the Israelites again prostituted themselves to the Baals.(B) They set up Baal-Berith(C) as their god(D) 34 and did not remember(E) the Lord their God, who had rescued them from the hands of all their enemies on every side.
