New International Version

⁹My heart is with Israel’s princes,
with the willing volunteers^(A) among the people.
Praise the Lord!

⁹My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the Lord.

¹⁶and next to him Amasiah the son of Zichri, ^(A)a volunteer for the service of the Lord, with 200,000 mighty men of valour.

¹⁶next, Amasiah son of Zikri, who volunteered^(A) himself for the service of the Lord, with 200,000.

¹⁶And next him was Amasiah the son of Zichri, who willingly offered himself unto the Lord; and with him two hundred thousand mighty men of valour.
