Judges 3:9-11
New English Translation
9 When the Israelites cried out for help to the Lord, he[a] raised up a deliverer for the Israelites who rescued[b] them. His name was Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother.[c] 10 The Lord’s Spirit empowered him[d] and he led Israel. When he went to do battle, the Lord handed over to him King Cushan Rishathaim of Armon[e] and he overpowered him.[f] 11 The land had rest for forty years; then Othniel son of Kenaz died.

Judges 3:9-11
New International Version
9 But when they cried out(A) to the Lord, he raised up for them a deliverer,(B) Othniel(C) son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother, who saved them. 10 The Spirit of the Lord came on him,(D) so that he became Israel’s judge[a] and went to war. The Lord gave Cushan-Rishathaim(E) king of Aram(F) into the hands of Othniel, who overpowered him. 11 So the land had peace(G) for forty years,(H) until Othniel son of Kenaz(I) died.
