Judges 3:3-5

3 These nations included: the five rulers(A) of the Philistines(B) and all of the Canaanites, the Sidonians,(C) and the Hivites(D) who lived in the Lebanese mountains[a] from Mount Baal-hermon as far as the entrance to Hamath.[b] 4 The Lord left them to test Israel, to determine if they would keep the Lord’s commands He had given their fathers through[c] Moses.(E) 5 But they settled among the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.

Judges 3:3-5
New International Version
3 the five(A) rulers of the Philistines,(B) all the Canaanites, the Sidonians, and the Hivites(C) living in the Lebanon mountains from Mount Baal Hermon(D) to Lebo Hamath.(E) 4 They were left to test(F) the Israelites to see whether they would obey the Lord’s commands, which he had given their ancestors through Moses.
5 The Israelites lived(G) among the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites,(H) Hivites and Jebusites.(I)
