3 You have seen everything that the Lord your God has done to all of these nations on your behalf, because it has been the Lord your God who has been fighting on your behalf. 4 Now look, I have allocated these nations that remain as an inheritance for your tribes, including all of the nations that I have eliminated, from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean[a] Sea to the west.[b] 5 The Lord your God will expel them in front of you, driving them out of your sight. You will take possession of this land, just as the Lord your God promised you.

3 You yourselves have seen everything the Lord your God has done to all these nations for your sake; it was the Lord your God who fought for you.(A) 4 Remember how I have allotted(B) as an inheritance(C) for your tribes all the land of the nations that remain—the nations I conquered—between the Jordan and the Mediterranean Sea(D) in the west. 5 The Lord your God himself will push them out(E) for your sake. He will drive them out(F) before you, and you will take possession of their land, as the Lord your God promised you.(G)
