Joshua 15:3-5
Good News Translation
3 went southward from the Akrabbim Pass and on to Zin. It ran south of Kadesh Barnea, past Hezron and up to Addar, turned toward Karka, 4 went on to Azmon, and followed the stream on the border of Egypt to the Mediterranean Sea, where the border ended. That was the southern border of Judah.
5 The eastern border was the Dead Sea, all the way up to the inlet where the Jordan empties into it.

New International Version
3 crossed south of Scorpion Pass,(A) continued on to Zin and went over to the south of Kadesh Barnea.(B) Then it ran past Hezron up to Addar and curved around to Karka. 4 It then passed along to Azmon(C) and joined the Wadi of Egypt,(D) ending at the Mediterranean Sea. This is their[a] southern boundary.
5 The eastern boundary(E) is the Dead Sea(F) as far as the mouth of the Jordan.
The northern boundary(G) started from the bay of the sea at the mouth of the Jordan,
