⁴But the Lord replied, “Is it right for you to be angry?”^(A)

⁴Then said the Lord, Doest thou well to be angry?

¹¹When they received it, they began to grumble^(A) against the landowner.

¹¹And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,

²⁸“The older brother became angry^(A) and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him.

²⁸And he was angry, and would not go in: therefore came his father out, and intreated him.
