⁴⁹ The official pled, “Sir, please come now before my child dies.”

⁵⁰ Then Jesus told him, “Go back home. Your son is healed!” And the man believed Jesus and started home. ⁵¹ While he was on his way, some of his servants met him with the news that all was well—his son had recovered.
