6 Jesus replied, “It is not the right time for me to go now. But you can go anytime and it will make no difference, 7 for the world can’t hate you; but it does hate me, because I accuse it of sin and evil. 8 You go on, and I’ll come later[a] when it is the right time.”

6 Therefore Jesus told them, “My time(A) is not yet here; for you any time will do. 7 The world cannot hate you, but it hates me(B) because I testify that its works are evil.(C) 8 You go to the festival. I am not[a] going up to this festival, because my time(D) has not yet fully come.”
