6 Jesus answered, “My time hasn't yet come,[a] but your time is always here. 7 The people of this world cannot hate you. They hate me, because I tell them that they do evil things. 8 Go on to the festival. My time hasn't yet come, and I am not going.”

6 Therefore Jesus told them, “My time(A) is not yet here; for you any time will do. 7 The world cannot hate you, but it hates me(B) because I testify that its works are evil.(C) 8 You go to the festival. I am not[a] going up to this festival, because my time(D) has not yet fully come.”
