12 And there was much murmuring concerning him among the people. Some said, He is good, and others said, No, but he deceives the people. 13 However no one spoke openly about him, for fear of the Jews.
14 Midway through the feast, Jesus went up into the temple and taught.

New International Version
12 Among the crowds there was widespread whispering about him. Some said, “He is a good man.”
Others replied, “No, he deceives the people.”(A) 13 But no one would say anything publicly about him for fear of the leaders.(B)
Jesus Teaches at the Festival
14 Not until halfway through the festival did Jesus go up to the temple courts and begin to teach.(C)
