31 “(A)He who comes from above is above all, (B)he who is of the earth is from the earth and speaks of the earth. (C)He who comes from heaven is above all. 32 What He has seen and heard, of that He (D)bears witness; and (E)no one receives His witness. 33 He who has received His witness (F)has set his seal to this, that God is true.

New International Version
31 The one who comes from above(A) is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth.(B) The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He testifies to what he has seen and heard,(C) but no one accepts his testimony.(D) 33 Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful.
