22 When he had said this, he breathed on them. He said, ‘Receive God's Holy Spirit. 23 If you forgive a person's sins, God will forgive them too. If you do not forgive them, God will not forgive them.’
Jesus shows himself to Thomas
24 One of the 12 disciples was called Thomas. (He was also called ‘the Twin’.) He was not with the other disciples when Jesus came to them.

Jesus Appears to Thomas
24 Now Thomas(C) (also known as Didymus[a]), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came.
