17 [a]Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not: for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my [b]brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto [c]my Father, and to your Father, and to my God, and your God.
18 Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.
19 ¶ (A)[d]The same day then at night, which was the first day of the week, and when the [e]doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and said to them, Peace be unto you.

New International Version
17 Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers(A) and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father(B) and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
18 Mary Magdalene(C) went to the disciples(D) with the news: “I have seen the Lord!” And she told them that he had said these things to her.

19 On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders,(E) Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace(F) be with you!”(G)
