41 In the place where Jesus was killed, there was a garden. In the garden was a new tomb where no one had ever been buried. 42 The men laid Jesus in that tomb because it was near, and the Jews were preparing to start their Sabbath day.

41 At the place where Jesus was crucified, there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid. 42 Because it was the Jewish day of Preparation(A) and since the tomb was nearby,(B) they laid Jesus there.
