7 (A)[a]If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask what ye will, and it shall be done to you.
8 [b]Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit, and be made my disciples.
9 [c]As the father hath loved me, so have I loved you: [d]continue in that my love.

- John 15:8 As who would say, Herein shall my Father be glorified, and herein also shall you be my disciples, if you bring forth much fruit.

Now this love showeth itself by its effects: a most perfect example whereof, Christ himself exhibited unto us.
